Education is a necessity for the 21st century. It is a variable that is directly linked to a successful and fulfilling future for all students. Education is the gateway to developing the skills and attributes necessary for students to succeed in post-secondary life. School is a safe environment that fosters the growth of individuals in a judgement free location and allows students to express their ideas and interests and receive the support that they need to prepare themselves for their future. As teachers, we are there to promote growth of the students' minds and skills for them to be successful in a 21st century workforce and as citizens of the United States.
