Welcome to Geometry!!!
Hi there Coyotes, My name is Leah Paterson and this is my 11th year teaching mathematics. I taught 5 years in the Mesa Public School District and 5 years at Legacy Traditional School. During the 2021 - 2022 school year I will be teaching Geometry. I am looking forward to a great year. Thank you in advance for all of your hard work and support throughout the school year.
I am also coaching men's cross-country. I love sports and coaching. I look forward to an amazing season with LOTS of running.
Outside of school I raise goats. I have Nubians and mini Nigerians. They each have their own personality. We have 12 goats (as of now). I also love to garden and I am designing a green house so I can start growing vegetables during the winter.
Math may not teach us how to add love or subtract hate, but it gives us every reason to hope that every problem has a solution.
Electronic student assignments/documents will be housed in Google Classroom.
