The Principal’s Pass - if your student received a 3.1 GPA or better for the spring 2018 semester while at Combs HS, you will receive a special sticker on your ID card that allows you to have free admission to any CHS sporting event for the fall 2018 semester. These stickers will be given out in the lunchroom during both lunches next week. Over 350 students earned the Principals Pass from last semester, great job Coyotes!

To retain the pass for the spring semester, you must keep your same 3.1 GPA for the fall 2018 semester. This reward is given to celebrate academic achievement at CHS for our students who demonstrate their determination to succeed in the classroom. Freshmen are eligible to earn this pass for the Spring 2018 after they complete their first semester at the high school with a 3.1 GPA or better.

In the 2019-20 school year the Principal’s Pass will be earned by achieving a qualifying GPA of 3.3 or better. In the 2020-21 school year the pass will be raised again and can be earned by achieving a 3.5 GPA or better. I want to challenge our students to strive even higher in their academic studies here at Combs HS and I am confident that our students can meet this challenge. To reference, this past semester we had over 200 students that would have met the 3.5 GPA qualification.
